Clear communication goes beyond what you're saying and how you're structuring the information - there's external factors that play a role in attention spans and understanding. For example, someone distracted by a particularly busy background during a video call meeting may not retain information compared to an instructor who in a calm, quiet atmosphere that is free of distractions.
Clarity and credibility are the foundation for the flow of communication between the admissions representative and the interested party.
I have learnt that it is important to communicate using all the available channel to ensure the student gets the information accurately and to clarify changes in information immediately as they occur.
Communication and how we deliver them (modalities), when to switch and which is more effectively understood to the one receiving the information plays a key roll.
