Transparent, Factual Information

What if you are giving the best information you have at the moment, but the statistics have changed. Is there an accepted process to go back and rectify information that you've given a prospective student?

Good question. I believe they should be re issued the correct information and if they are unaware of where it is posted they should be made aware

Lets say its your placement rate on the website...you must have it updated and recent as to not post false stats,

John ,
We always need to correct incorrect information. The commission is adamant that we do not mislead the students in any respect. If we are aware of incorrect information, it is our duty to correct that immediately.

Margaret,
Absolutely! When we are aware of new information, it is our duty to inform our consumers.

I believe the more transparent you are when speaking with a prospective student, the more they feel they can trust you and what you are telling them about your school.

Ronald,
Transparency does bring trust. When we are open and forward, then we build that trusting relationship
