Alumni

Some institutions rely heavily on their Alumni during the recruitment process. What are some ways that we can make sure that these Alums are not acting as agents?

Margaret,
Agents can conduct business on behalf of the school. This means they would be able to collect money and sign enrollment agreements. Alumni would not have that availability or responsibility.

We are having the Alumni come in for a Q and A after the new students have started class. The new students can hear examples of what they might expect. Alumni can give insight on what skill was most important at their workplace and what areas of concentration need the most attention! We do not have students or alumni collect money or process applications.

Robert,
Alumni are such an awesome resource. They can connect quickly with new students because they been there and done that. They bring the real table.
