Behaviorial assessment tools are most applicable since they are dynamic and respond to the fast-moving changes in my day to day functions.
Descriptive tools are very useful to stop and give some thought to how i can apply my experience more thoughtfully.
It sounds like you see both behavioral and descriptive assessment tools as beneficial for you in various situations. Is there one tool that you would prefer over the other?
i prefer behaviorial tools since they tell a more complete story of how a person has handle a specific situation.
