I plan to engage my team in strategic planning and how it can help meet the organizational goals.
Be acutely aware of external trends that effect the Strategic plans for my department's development and progress.
Analyze their affects and create systems to implement enhancers especially with technology.
I've learned how to align strategic planning with clear priorities, team roles, and performance goals. I’ll apply it by setting clear objectives, involving my team, and tracking progress effectively. Also, important to remember about the communication issue that we need to involve the team as much as possible to maximize the results.
