Generational Skills

I find that different generations have different skill levels of EQ in different areas. Change for example, is dealt with differently across generations. How can you effectively manage that in a classroom?

Change is dealt with differently by many. Some love it, some hate it.

That's a good question. The younger students are more resistant to change they want what they want Now! The mature students seem to be more willing to do whatever it takes to make it to their desired point.
