Soft skills
I really enjoyed this module. We have a annual advisory board meeting. This board discuss areas in which our students need improvement across the board. The number one topic is "Soft Skills". I can walk away with greater knowledge understanding the difference between EQ and IQ. The tips were also helpful pertaining to becoming aware of your emotions.

This course should be mandatory for Instructors.
As an instructor,we are in direct contact with our students an fellow instructors and being able to put into action these soft skills will certainly contribute a "healthy working and learning environment. I enjoyed this course every step of the way. Thank you
