Wow, I was really enlightened with the details of this module. It was very informative. Understanding the levels of the project can be overwhelming. Transforming an conception into a reality where it can be measured consists of the steps of planning, scheduling any other activities in order for the project to be a success. Makes sense now!!

I really enjoyed this module. I have been teaching for a little over 5 years and it is critical to know your audience. I think given any presentation, the presenter must visually paint a picture regarding where he/she will take the audience. It is very important to recap/summarize at the end of the presentation to see if the goals/points were met during the presentation.

I think asking questions in class shows the instructor that the student is in learning mode. It prompts them to have open ideas about the subject. When students are not asking questions, I typically quiz them. Once they are quizzed, the questions start flow again. Again, I think it is a matter of knowing your audience(students).

I have been teaching for a little over 5 years now. I must say, it is critical to know each students learning style. As a instructor, you want to be able to reach each student in order for them to walk away with something if it is visual, auditory or kinesthetic. It also prompts the instructor to grow in other areas to become more successful and master their skill set.

I have been teaching for over 6 years now and I totally have a different outlook of the learning process. The process of understanding learning and different concepts such as memory is significant and plays a vital role.

Enjoyed the module. Lesson plans are very critical pertaining to the success of the instructor overall delivery of the material. Without these plans, the instructor could very well be out of boundaries with the material. Indeed, lesson plans should be designed to be direct and basically a guideline to the overall agenda of the day. Students feel reassured when they have structure and when they are confident to see the instructor consistently prepared.
I enjoyed this session. I did not really understand the difference until this course. The class stressed the significance of security depending on the students beliefs opppose to what the instructor actually thinks. Instructors should be very well prepared before each class session. It shows the students that the lession has been thought out and made easier for them to process the material.

I really enjoyed this module. We have a annual advisory board meeting. This board discuss areas in which our students need improvement across the board. The number one topic is "Soft Skills". I can walk away with greater knowledge understanding the difference between EQ and IQ. The tips were also helpful pertaining to becoming aware of your emotions.

Wow! This particular module is one that I consistently preach to students day in and day out. When we talk about ethics, the first thing that comes to my mind is "What's right or what is wrong?". I think as a professional to students, we are urged to act as professionals. Basically there is no other way. Especially with this being a teaching hands on college. I typically model common ethical conduct to my students everyday. Because cleary, this is what professionalism is truly about. If we model it, students will see it. Honesty is a great value that we… >>>

This was a very interesting subject for me. I am convinced that it is so necessary to counsel students that partake in loans for educational purposes. It is very easy to obtain a loan however, students MUST be counseled on how to repay the loan and their financial responsibilities. Otherwise, this could damage their credit severly in trying to obtain a home, purchase a car or even gain employment. I see the significance regarding upon completion of graduation, the student is briefed upon exiting the program.
