Managing Adult Classes
Adult students are a completey different dynamic and must be treated accordingly, an adult student wants disciplined classes with good structure but not an instructor yelling and screaming.
I have to agree with you about adult students. I have a student with the last name of Renfroe and he seems to revert to a young person everytime he gets around your more traditional students.
I totally agree with Mr. Rupp, which is why make it a bit challenging to controll adults who tend to be inconsiderarte, and disruptive, I found that, it works well when I make my request more friendly, in a way that he or she doesn't feel offended.
