Mistakes made by new instructors
I believe that new instructors make mistakes that can usually be corrected easily. Vocalization is a common issue, but instant feedback from students can spotlight the problem, and eventually lead to improvement.

I agree. I also feel that new instructors have a tendency of not being organized and not following through with their promises. This can lead to many issues caused by new instructors.

New instructors must be on point in every way. Students watch every instructor, but new instructors are put under a microscope.

Several mistakes that can be made by new instructors is assign work or labs which they have not done themselves. A good instructor will always do the same work assigned to thier class which can reveal pit falls a student may encounter. Also always pre-checl audio and video equipment prior to presentations.
