Coping with stress is a options best left for the individual. Since no two people are alike one must find a solution that will help work in hat persons favor. Either music, quiet time relaxing, exercising, massages, reading, etc. It must be something that the person knows will help to bing a sense of peace to him/her.

Coping with stress is very different for everyone--however, I cope best with stress when I am able to balance my work and personal lives--as they both are precious to me.
