coping with stress

Do an activity you enjoy..... I get out and take long ride on my motorcycle, It seems to "blow" all the stress away. :)

this is the best advice anyone ever given.

I ride to and from work on a motorcycle. There's quite a few nice days that I'd like to just cruise on by my school and not even go in to work.

Ha! I imagine so Craig. Go ahead and take that bike out on a Saturday or Sunday and you can go wherever it takes you.

Exercising is the way I releive stress everyday.

That's a great coping mechanism Frank. I'm curious to learn more about the various types of exercise instructors use, as well as which exercises work best.
