Stressing

When I find myself stressed about something I take a moment to examine what is stressing me and evaluate justhow important it is. I also make sure that my family, friends, and students understand that I have many different groups demanding my time and efforts and that all of them have to respect the importance of each group.

Robert, It sounds like you've gotten really great at putting things into perspective. That's a wonderful way to manage through stress. Sometimes taking a step back is the healthiest approach.

Sometimes the best way to avoid stress concerning different matters is to separate work and home life, leave home problems at home and work problems at work.
