Bill, So true. Instructors always must keep things fresh. Lectures, teaching styles and grading methods can all be enhanced. We should be open to new ideas and approaches always.

In the school where I work, we have common planning, which we also use to share best practices. It is great to receive and provide ideas that are proven to work (you can always modify). That way, we are all moving to the future. :)
