I think that having control of your time and managing is a crucial element in the success of the students.
It is indeed, realizing that the students are the reason for our work. Should we fail in an area they are likely to pick up on it and loose a level of respect. On the other hand, they also pick up on our follow through to commitments that we have made to them.

Mental preparation is so important Jacky. We really have to get our minds as organized as our teaching materials before we get started.
