Taking Control

In everything that we do we priortize the items done. We do not always write them down but we do make the decision to act.

Mental lists can work but with the many forces pulling at us anymore it is too easy to forget some of the tasks, big or small. I use mental to do lists and also written; putting either into a workable order is very important.

It's great to hear that you've found a way to balance the two Mark! I often start by making a mental note of list items and finish later by putting them on paper.

I agree on assuring your self with a visual because you can always back track the check off list of accomplishments
