Student learning needs
When you are delaing with students that have such a large range of learning styles and needs, it is important to understand them all. When giving exams for example it is important t track the progress of the students so that you may be able to identify a learning need and take care of it before the student is to far gone.
I agree Nicole, if the students also understand their learning styles the outlook on training will also become more interactive.
I have to agree with you also. It is very important to monitor each students progress. The earlier that a problem is caught the better that the outcome will most likely be.
I agree as well, helping students learn about their learning styles is very helpful; especially since there is so much knowledge and many tools to help with this process.
