When instructor is not personally present, the Automated Learning environment provides personalized instruction to the course objectives.
Unfortunately, the education system overemphasizes the importance of comparing one student to the next. Grades have become more important than the student's education. An instructor should foster a student's thirst for knowledge by taking a secondary role in that student's education. Anyone can regergitate facts.
This style of learning gives flexibility to the learner in many ways. By having that flexibility the interest of the learner is able to be developed in ways that meet each individual providing for more success in the outcome.
Adaptability is in itself self paced learning to the individual
Students will still have to put in the work to succeed; but with adaptive technology, they will be able to focus on the right task.

It is important to be able to adapt to your students.
