As with learning types, each student will have an "action", or "personal attitude" type/style. By paying attention as well as having a solid and certain immovable standard structures in place, students can each be valued, heard, and guided through each class, whilst feeling heard and understood.

PAy attention to students. Syllabus, syllabus, syllabus! Students need structure and attention.

The % reduction in points for a late assignment is better than my current points-per-day deduction. I'm not sure why I haven't thought of that previously, but I will start next semester.

A Syllabus is the golden rule. It will help the students understand everything that is taking place in the classroom and it helps you to ensure that the students follow and abide by it.

As someone that is new to teaching in the university setting, it will be important to demonstrate confidence in my knowledge and abilities due to my experience. So this stage is when coping mechanisms are needed, and we need to cope in healthy ways. Examples of these healthy options are exercising, deep breathing exercises, and talking.

Stress is a big part of life, even when we do our best to decrease or minimize it. Sometimes we are unaware of stress because we accept it or believe it isn't harmful. How we handle stress is a factor in balancing our life. The examples of stressors in personal life and work life are good and pointed out some things that maybe we did not think about. I also like how it pointed out how it affects our health short-term and long-term. A lot of times we do not realize how these affect us.
