Spanish speaking prospects

I work as an Admissions Representative and I'm the primary person at the handling majority of the prospects that come in. A little more than half of our students and prospects only speak Spanish and I do not. I feel as if there may be a slight disadvantage towards the Spanish speaking students because its hard to communicate all the information needed through a translator. What is some advice that you would give to better handle this issue?

Social Media

The social media is the best way to communicate with the students and also employees.

Which other student service can offer the institution?

Enrollment Agreements

The enrollment agreements should be in the catalog.

Transfer Credits immediate attention

It is extremely important to any prospect student to know before enrolling in any Institution the amount of credits that the Institution will be approving for transferal. How do you manage to give a quickly response when you are handling many applications at the same time and from different countries??

Admission Process

Extremely important is to follow the guidelines provided by the state and know the requirements for admission to ensure that we do not mislead students in enrollment.

I have coursed the CM221 and the experience was outstanding. I believe that we have to improve student retention by Identifying struggling students within the first few days and creating an individualized intervention plan to meet that students individual learning needs.

Students must be aware of any required license to work in the profession he/ she chose (Education and Nursing programs) There requirements must be clearly disclosed and the student needs to understand that there requirements must be met before she/ he became a teacher or a nurse.

Benefits of Admissions Training

According to the course, and in practice here at the College, continuing admissions training can help us in the admissions field (or those in any way involved with the admissions process) stay up to date with the current laws, rules, and practices required of our positions. I believe it is extremely important to follow the guidelines provided by the state to ensure that we do not mislead students in enrollment, and also to help protect the culture of higher education. The idea of "Transparency" mentioned in this section is, in my opinion, the key to providing successful, compliant, admissions services.

Since placement services can be covered just by showing job offers and online job information, how can we be sure to give prospects the best information on job placement salaries to help them take the best program decision, while complying with all rules and regulations?

Accreditation Vs. Licensing

Isn't the accreditation process way more complicated than being in compliance with licensing stipulations?

Your Institution

All staff should know the institution policies. What happen if you see someone from the staff doing something not ethical, you tell your supervisor but they don't take any action?

Onlie Courses

I believe that each institution most be honest during the orientation. No promise should be given to the prospect that is not in the enrolment information or in the catalog.
