There are many factors to comply with TWC requirements. I plan to continue my education by taking training on becoming a registered representative. Additionally, I plan to continue to study requirements for documentation and deadlines which seem to be my weakest area. I passed the director's training and am off to a good start.

Do your best to resolve complaints on your campus before they result in complaints to an Accreditor or regulatory authority.

It is very important to make sure that you include all requested supporting documents for new or existing programs seeking changes. The CSC has a timeline to which all material must be received in order for the application to be processed.

not only i refresh my memorie i learned a lot of things i will apply to my work place and do better as instruc tor and director of the school.

Fully versed on rules and regs now

This seems like a best prectice to me.

Thank you, Joe, that is a really complete explanation...you saved me some research time!

I will want to make certain that the rules about credit transfers are clearly delineated in our School Catalog and in sync with State requirements. This is not a gray area, and needs to be specifically stated in the schoold catalog that transfers are either NOT ACCEPTED or are ACCEPTED.  I will be doing further research on this topic for my own clarification, even thought our school is not accepting transfers at this time.
