Informative Matertial

I believe that the overall course was informative and organized in preparation of the success in terms of me taking and passing the require step by step process, and certification. The information was detail and expalin the polices and procedures for each and every topic and main points that needed to be known in order to take the certification exam.

Note: One suggesion could be to implement diagrams and interactive materials whcih would enhance a person's ability to be engaged in the materials.

I agree the information was very helpful and informative.  I would have preferred alittle more interaction as well as Diagrams.  At times it got mondane with all the reading materials.  It was alot of important information, so it was important to retain it.

I concur, the material covered within this course was presented in a clear, easy-to-understand fashion.  Having the ability to use the speaker to read the documents aloud was beneficial to me as I am an auditory learner.

Agreed, It was interesting to see how our Universities polices are governed from an outside source.

I think this was a very informative course. You don't realize how easy it could be to say the wrong thing. It also is informative to know about the Do not call list, advertising, financial aid etc. I think some of the questions after each section were tricky and made you think.

this was a beneficial course.  I definitely appreciated some of the "background knowledge" presented in the course--like the regulatory environment, the amount of money for fines, etc.  It helps me stay committed to remaining alert regarding compliance and my part in it.  It adds understanding to the "rules" imposed by my school and helps me want to be a part of enforcing them.  I feel confident telling a coworker that they shouldn't violate the rules becuase they are there to protect us.
