Just sharing 1 challenge and that's language barriers. I had one student that didn't speak English at all and when lecturing I felt like she was just staring off into space. I had to use a translator with her to make sure she understood what I had just went over, I also informed her that more time was going to have to be put in by her to translate her reading from Spanish to English. I informed her that we could not put our assignments or quizzes or test in another language. She put in the work. When doing over stuff in class I told the class that I was going to pick on her more so that she could read it out loud, everyone was cooperative and understood. She passed her first quiz because she put in the work and I took more time with her so that she could meet her goals.
