I recently took the course ed101 for instructors. It was very informative and gave me some insight on what to expect from a new class, and my first ever class instructor experience. I learned that all students learn at different levels, and that it is my job to use our curriculum to keep them interested and to continue to want to learn. In order to do that, I would need to be very organized, have the day's lessons ready, and be early and prepared. This will let students know that I am passionate about being there and wanting them to learn and be successful.
