I usually make sure to give students time to ask questions, but I think I can do it in a better way.

I will implement critical thinking  excercises into the corriculum

I think I will do some more role playing  in class to teach students what to expect in the workplace.

I learned about organization, and how important it is to have everything easy to get to and use for my lesson plans

I learned that there are several different types of teaching that I can utilize in the classroom. Some I already use.

I learned to notice how every student learns differently and may need a little more instruction or in a different manner

To be more prepared and make sure I have everything I need for class. To have a notebook handy at all times, for supply lists, reminders of things coming up.

I have learned that I need to try not to be too lenient with my students and give them better structure in the classroom.

I learned from this course to be a little more patient and understanding to students with learning disabilities.
