Student retention is a must for not only the success of students but also for the success of institutions. The more students feel a part of the learning process the more they will be engaged in learning and higher the retention rate will be. This group is for educators who aspire to discuss and master the competencies necessary for exemplary performance and top customer service in a dynamic, rapidly changing education landscape. Group members share best practices, ideas, thoughts, reflections, and resources to help colleagues across the globe improve performance.
I believe that organization, clear communication, building strong relationships with students, provided consistent support are essential to students retention.
