Providing accurate information, compassionate support  and confidentiality is essential when assisting students with Title IX and VAWA matters. My goal is to ensure students know their  rights, understand available resources and feel safe reporting concerns without fear of retaliation.

I believe that organization, clear communication, building strong relationships with students, provided consistent support are essential  to students retention.

I believe that sharing knowledge, following  established procedure and maintaining open communication are essential to success .I always strive to learn from feedback ,apply best practices and improve my daily workflow. My action plan is to stay organized, ensure accurate and timely documentation. One my success is consistently completed and submitting attendance roster and student evaluations at the end of each rotation .One of my challenges is adapting to update procedures and ensuring that I follow all new instructions correctly .
