This course is reminding all instructors to understand the subject matter at hand. We need to make sure we are able to understand the concepts as well as the knowledge to teach students remotely. I also appreciate the value on supporting students, which can be impactful towards their experience. Students need to feel supported in their education process to achieve the goals they desire.
