Times are changing and education must make a new revoluation for learning. A learning process that forces us to look at how teach and communication with students and our peers. This course was an reflection on how I was so comfortable in teaching students the old way,(F2F). See learned a new trick!

Culinary Arts, hand -on learning, low- medium technology needed in the classroom, but a requiremnt for learning, I thought that I was exempted. Until the pandemic hit and the food service industry was put into a new turn of events and how we would look at food and education will affect how students will learn online. This made me look at how will I teach a class on-line without the human touch or senses, for students to truely evaluate what is, smell, taste, texture on line.

What this class has taught me, is how to first to look at how I get myshelf to re organized my training program both on line and in the classroom, to maximze the time to teach my students. "Mise-en-Place" the french termword for Organization in the kitchen, plays the same role in the use of techology in my course i teach.

Many of the lesson key points, help me to look at first, how to communicate with my students "Now", if the school will not open on time. Each one of these lesson and strategies  has enlighten me to get ready for the next ara learning and communication. All of these lessons, i have made a plan to start implementing these skills so that I can look like the " Master Chef Instructor" for my student both On-line and in the classroom

This should be a first of the school year or before the school year training for all teachers to preapre for the school year.
