Establishing and Promoting Community Values and Creating Rubrics for Communication Assessment

What I have learned, is the importance of setting up an on line learning enviornment for the students to began the learning experince with expectation and accountability

Creating an learning evironment that allow student to interact with each other with judge of opinion, an the rules of respect to learning on line. Rubrics to help both the intsructor and student understand the evaluation of each student work or group colleration efforts to complete an assignment with fairness. 

What i learned is that I have to work on my skills to assist in commication on line. 

What i learned is that i will have to re evaluate and revise  my syllabus and course out line with the On-line guideline for students expectation.

The need to clearly writ out the rule and expectation for on-line communication , rules and discussion rubrics to ensure that student will understand the objective of the corse intent.

What I have learned is that, technology have is great great tool to have and it's part to the learning environment is very critical the student learning process. For CTE teacher depending on what subject being taught. Technology in the classsrom and online can be a advantage to both. Learning how to effectively use technology is a process and learning behavior that must be taught now, to better assist the student and teacher to deliver the lesson with understanding as the main goals.
