I agree.  Being knowledgeable is the best tool for any employee.  It is good to see training that highlights the importance of ethics in the industry we serve.  I learn something new every day and this training has broaden my scope. 

I too have been in admissions for a long time now. This type of training has been sorely needed in the postsecondary school education industry.  So many schools cut a lot of corners just to get students enrolled, when really as admissions representatives,we are there to educate our prospective students as well. 

I am new to admissions and find it a lot of fun.  I have a varied background and find that it helps me in this new role.  I have also found, like Tom has, that many schools cut corners.
