It was a good course. I think customer service is a dying trait in a lot of industries today and it is good to get a refresher. I wish more people could learn how to give outstanding customer service.

 

A top priority in the classroom needs to be Customer Service because the students have invested from$5,000- $46,000 in their education to reach a  new career.  It is sometimes hard to grasp that fact, since at the end of class instructors do not wrap up any skills or place the product in a brightly decorated bag and say, " Thank you for shopping at our school today.."  An instructor is constantly motivating the student to reach graduation and the best toll is with excellent Customer Service.

Great course, i've learned a lot. Now I can better understand how to help students that are struggling.

I think there is a growing trend at schools to offer better customer service. Gone are the days when you simply sit back and wait for enrollments. Even the big Universities are understanding this...............
