I thought RT104 did a great job of pointing out the danger of negativity in an organization and the damage it can cause. The “intelligent heart” can have an equally powerful motivation for positivity and can help us to change the lives of our students. Well done RT104..!

I think there is a growing trend at schools to offer better customer service. Gone are the days when you simply sit back and wait for enrollments. Even the big Universities are understanding this...............

This was a fantastic learning tool. RT105 really helped improve the way I look at customer service, both personally and as it relates to my school.  I look forward to applying (what I have learned in this course) to my daily practices and interactions with students as the Bursar of my school. 

I really enjoyed this course, especially given the fact that I was able to relax and go through it at my own discretion. I closed my office door, grabbed some coffe and began the course......I looked up at the clock and realized 3 hours had passed...! I couldn't believe it. I was so engrossed in the material that I completely lost track of time. In summary, I was very glad to have taken this course online!
