In my 20 plus years of computing, networking and infomation security I have learned that this the field of study I wanted to embrace.  During my span of conducting training to either students, subordinates, peers and superiors I have come to learn that in order for the learner to embrace what I am teaching I have to accomplish three things.

1.  Build their interest in the topic I am trying to instruct

2.  Make it enjoyable and personnal to them.  They have to see the return on investment to absorb the knowledge completely

3.  Recognize that not every type of student or audience has the same processing capabilities as the next person.  The topic has to be enjoyable but at a level that fully satisfy the entire audience. 

     My action plan to achieve success in proffessing / instructing Information System Technology is to inact the three key aspects identified above to make a environment of learning that embraces my field of study.
