Classroom management

Classroom management is a unique and demanding puzzle that combines both pragmatics and research theory. The challenge for any classroom teacher is to develop a practical, realistic classroom management plan that functionally serves to structure the learning environment for students’ day to day lives—a plan that also foresees and manages the numerous minute tasks that need to be addressed every day. However, a classroom management plan that is not grounded in clear theoretical principles of how students learn may be whimsical, or built haphazardly on trial and error approaches. My plan is to provide immediately practical tips and resources for instructiors who are looking for specific guidance when looking to enhance their classroom management abilities. arranging a student’s environment around him or her, the instrutor can modify or control student behavior. So once that classroom management plan is in place, yes! an instructor can be creative, have engaging lessons, and change the world with content and its relevance to student lives. A classroom management plan is not binding; it is freeing. It allows an instructor to accomplish what she or he wants to accomplish in his or her classroom.
