Compliance

After going over the compliance traning "Do the Right Thing" I think it was a great and encouraging way to remember what are jobs are really about. We are here to help change lives by being an example.  When showing we have integrity, it allows the student to trust us in giving the correct information for our establishment. If we set the standards in the beginning there is no room for substancial misrepresentation. We here at Ogle are provided all of the correct documents and are trained annually on our compliance. I feel that is the best way to continue to keep happy students. If the employess are doing the right thing, the students will want to do the same. Keeping all jobs seperate are important. Financial Planners are to speak on financial information. Admissions are to discuss all of the requirements, graduate statitstics, salary and all other items that are on our website and Catalog. Admissions are also required to give disclousures to the student. I thought this was very vital information to be trained on because it could be easy to mistakenly give out information for either position. Learning the adverstising segment of the training was helpful as well. I think it was important to know that any information said or advertised without having the correct or accurate documentation behind it. These Modules were very detailed and a great refresher on Compliance.
