As university team member I should always act with student centered approach.

The influence of values and beliefs.  Values help guide responsible conduct and establish accountability.

In reading this section, admissions, financial aid, career services, and faculty are very important departments that must work together for the students!

Our unified mission is to support adult learners for a brighter future that may not have other options. 

It takes the entire campus/school for each student to succeed.

Compliance builds trust with students and leads to success.

What we do in the admissions office starts students on their paths and sets the foundation for an environment of trust and support.

Being student centered is imperative to the success of the campus. The effort needs to be made across the staff ensuring all measures are being taken to create a harmonious environment.

Student-centered customer service should be a core value at your institution, driven by honesty, transparency, and accountability.

We should strive to achieve ultimate student satisfaction, building trusting relationships through:

- Aligned expectations

- Active listening

- Open and accurate communication

- Timely execution of commitments

 

As educators, we significantly influence the values and beliefs of our colleagues and students.

Ethical conduct, guided by our institution's beliefs, values, and actions, helps establish accountability and responsible conduct.

 Some key ethical principles include:

- Honesty

- Transparency

- Accountability

By upholding these principles, we can foster a positive and supportive learning environment

We need to act with integrity, fairness, consistency and purpose. Our interactions with students need to be based on facts, not feelings and create an environment of trust. 

I liked reading about the culture and core values of the school. 

I agree with the treating everyone fairly and impartially, team work, achieving goals, student success, and having trust and being honest.

We need to be empathetic to the students and their needs, making sure we are able to help our students make the best decisions with information that is transparent and fair.

I have gained great knowledge throughout this course. Students should be treated with respect and dignity. Being complaint allows the potential student to trust the institution and its core values.

A culture of compliance brings the best possible opportunity for students to achieve their goals in the beauty industry and succeed far into their future due to a stable foundation. 

A compliance culture is necessary for success of the student.  Every department must work with integrity, upholding the mission of the school in order for the student to receive the best education.

This module emphasized the importance of maintaining a culture of compliance through student-focused customer service and ethical behavior. It highlighted the need to treat every student fairly, actively listen to their needs, take responsibility for addressing issues, and foster a positive and supportive environment.

Schools that uphold their “Mission” can be successful in their compliance on campus and with the satisfaction of staff and students.

Ethical standards serve as a foundation for a culture.

Just treat the student right and follow our core value of student-centered customer service. DO the right thing.
