As university team member I should always act with student centered approach.

It is important for us to understand how our actions can affect a student's life, when a misrepresentation can affect student's trust and will to continue with the education.

I liked the following statement: Conservative is the best approach in communicating information. 

Don't use superlatives, provide numbers, statistics, facts.

As a member of the institution, I have to make sure that any information, statement, advise isa Representation. We have to be very careful in providing the information and not to be afraid to direct a student to a proper department or team member, who is specialized in the subject. For sure, all the university's team members have to be familiar with the school catalog. 

I learned about the components of the Regulatory Triad, it's importance, and responsabilities.

Trust and transparency are fundamental for the culture of compliance.

Both are  crucial for an organization. With weak leader but strong manager or strong leader but weak manager a company will have a hard time to achieve its goals.

Actually after this part a question came to me: can a manager be a leader?

People skills are fundamental for a manager. To motivate, to make sure the team goes toward the same goal, and to increase the performance of the employees s only possible when the manager knows how to connect with the team.
