I learned a bit more about blogging, V-logging, and engaging students with online media. I think I may work on expanding the course discussion board in my online and hybrid online courses this upcoming semester to see if engagement with material improves with that. I would definitely like to create more games to foster a fun learning environment and ensure students read or learn about the material in small increments so that they are involved in classwide discussion.

I have worked with a publication that had an on line function as well. The students responded really well to it, more so than the hard copy. This generation seems to relate more to media types of documents.
Considering starting out with a blog in one class and see how that goes. Hopefully carry it over to other courses.
I have learned many different applications to incorporate into the classroom to engage today's student, especially the use of VR and simulation.
I see that more students in the future will be able to apply more concepts using simulation tools in nursing programs.
It would be fantastic to see more technology and supportive multimedia to enhance classroom learning.
I have learned so much more online platforms that I can start incorporating into my classroom.
Our Automotive Technology course utilizes the fully electronic web-based textbooks. They can be downloaded and stored for future reference and also allow a search feature to quickly locate information. PowerPoints', videos, and visual media offer a variety of learning tools.
The introduction to new technology that I was not aware of or unsure of the benefits.

Social Media groups , You tube videos, Teacher tube.com are just few of the platforms we used in our remote learning. Now we are back in-person learning and we continue to incorporate different platforms we learned during remote learning / teaching to create more engaging learning environment.

I agree that learning and teaching can be beneficial to students and instructors with the incorporation of social networks outside the classroom settings.
Keeping up with technology is a must, from different social media sites to the new updates on Zoom , and other platforms so we can use in the classroom
alot of insight on incorporating technology into the classrooms. Great for keeping students engaged.
The more platforms students get engaged with the more positive results in learning. I will add more social media to help students pass.

This course is inspiring with many tools. Starts you thinking creatively on how to engage students through on-line media. Exciting!
