After 15 years experience in Career School training, getting everyone on the same page isnt as easy as it would appear to be sometimes. However, I do believe in career training as a previous career school graduate myself oh so many years ago, my heart indeed is for the student. Non-traditional training means NON-TRADITIONAL STUDENTS. Isolating the differences is also an important factor with Instructors understanding the necessary flexibility without impropriety. :)
