This emphasized the importance of active listening, clear communication, and building strong relationships with students. It's important that students feel supported and understood. It also highlighted the value of models like GROW and strategies for giving constructive, nonjudgmental feedback. I plan to apply these by being more intentional with my words, listening closely, and guiding students to make their own decisions with confidence.
