<p>Kelly Fulghum</p> <p>It is important to train the students&#160;<strong>well,</strong> which is our most important goal.&#160; We want the best graduates from our school as possible.&#160; We want our students to succeed and want them to be sought out by local employers prior to graduation so that they can meet their career goals.&#160; Our school is new and have entered this role fairly recently.&#160; These modules have helped me learn more about what I need to do to help our students succeed.</p>
