This module taught me that ethics in admissions goes beyond compliance, it's about accountability and actually using mission, vision, and values to guide decisions when policy doesn't. I plan to document my reasoning in tough situations, keep our values as a real reference point (not just a poster), and talk through gray areas with my team instead of navigating them alone.
