I found the "Global Leadership Performance Outcomes" rubric interesting. It provided a framework for understanding if a student is emerging, developing, proficient or advanced for particular outcomes. For example, the rubric provides and understanding if a student demonstrates a clear and accurate understanding of other people, groups and scholars. This is similar to an outcome I have for my Global Business course and now I have a rubric to help in understanding whether the student achieved this outcome or not.
