I learned that professionalism and a strong work ethic involve responsibility, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude. I also learned how professionalism affects relationships, trust, and success in the workplace. I intend to apply this by being consistent, meeting expectations, managing my time effectively, and modeling professional behavior for students and colleagues in all settings.
