This module taught me that curriculum planning is essential for creating organized, effective instruction that aligns learning objectives, classroom activities, assessments, and industry standards. I learned that careful planning helps ensure students develop the knowledge and skills they need while keeping instruction focused on program outcomes and workforce expectations.
I will apply this knowledge by planning lessons with the end goals in mind, aligning activities and assessments to learning objectives, and organizing instruction so that students can progressively build and demonstrate competency in health science skills and concepts.
