<p>Yes, I have found that followers can inspire other leaders either negatively or positively. I think a lot depends on the strength of the leader and whether they allow themselves to be open to anything. Sometimes the leader should question the intent of the followers knowing that the followers may also have other coworkers willing to listen and follow behind them. The follower should be careful that they are not taking all the heat on behalf of the other followers and ask why am I willing to put myself out in the front.</p>
