I gained a clear understanding of what AI and generative AI are, how tools like large language models and agents work, and how they can be applied to tasks such as automating workflows, creating content, or optimising processes. The course emphasised the role of emotional intelligence in addressing both enthusiasm and scepticism within teams, showing how to build trust, communicate the value of AI, and highlight human skills that technology cannot replace. I also learned the importance of experimentation, developing hypotheses, and using structured approaches to test and refine AI applications. Finally, I strengthened my awareness of how to align AI adoption with organisational goals, lead by example, and foster a culture of continuous learning, positioning AI as a tool to enhance creativity, innovation, and long-term professional practice.
