One key takeaway for me was the value of understanding the motivations, dreams, and aspirations of our students. By staying curious and asking "why" questions, I can better understand the factors that influence student engagement, persistence, and success. I also learned that collaboration is most effective when diverse perspectives are included and when team members are encouraged to contribute their unique experiences and ideas.
