This module helped me realize the importance of stepping back and thinking beyond just the day-to-day work. I learned that being strategic means focusing on long-term goals, paying attention to patterns and trends, and staying aware of what’s happening both inside and outside the organization. It also reinforced how valuable it is to ask good questions, listen to different perspectives, and challenge assumptions. Overall, it gave me a better understanding of how to be more intentional and forward-thinking in the way I lead and make decisions.
